• Respond immediately to maintenance problems, instructing suitably qualified, and personally trusted, engineers to attend
• Adhere strictly to the Code of Practiced used by ARLA
• Provide out tenants with a detailed information/instruction booklet for their new home
• Ensure that all our property is safety tested to a level above the standard required by law
• Make our tenants feel that they wish to remain with us and recommend us to others.
